HoneyGem is a gourmet whole-head lettuce. This European lettuce variety is a cross between Romaine and Butter lettuces. It can be served as a wedge, whole-head or loose leaf in a salad. It comes packed in a 15 ct. box mixed Emerald and Ruby HoneyGem heads.
