General Information 

The entire specimen is edible. The skins are thin and tender and baby squash cooks more rapidly than traditional squash. They can be stearned, sauteed, baked, roasted or grilled. It is a suggestion to score the outer skin just down to the flesh, then marinate in any combination of olive oil, fresh herbs, pepper, garlic etc. This procedure will allow the squash to embrace the marinade. Good source of vitamins A, C and potassium.
