General Information
As the baby roots are very young and tender, they don’t require peeling, but can be if desired. This attractive beet makes a colorful addition to salads. Steam, saute, bake, grill or roast until tender. Season to taste and enjoy. The beet tops or “greens” are also edible. The lighter green tops have a mild flavor and can be cooked with the roots. Contains vitamins A and C.
Baby gold beets are available year round.
