17 Mar MARKET REPORT – March 17, 2024
Chicories are quickly coming to a close. There will be some hanging around, but start planning menu changes.
Sprouting Broccoli has mostly finished up for the season. Some of what I have still seen around is getting very stemmy.
There are still no fava beans to be had yet, 2 peas in a pod said theirs still have a while too.
Purple baby artichokes with Suncoast are coming to an end, but they will have the baby green and Lyonnes.
They also have pencil and standard size asparagus.
At the moment we have not heard from the Garden Of for this weeks availability. That may mean we only get green gem this week. Hopefully by next week we will have all the lettuces back again.
