MARKET REPORT – March 6, 2023

If we can get some nice weather we can finally get lots of peas and favas.  Still no English peas (maybe Tutti this week) .

Fava will continue to be only from Mendoza.  Flowers are now showing up on fava leave bunches, so we are slowly getting closer.

Tutti Chanterelles will keep going thanks to all the rain however.
