16 May Market Report – May 16, 2022
More summer is rolling in with more summer squash at more farms. Some green beans have popped up here and there, but still no eggplant or peppers.
We are officially stocking Regier Farms peaches (and most likely nectarines from Scott farms this coming week). What we currently have needs about 2 days to ripen out of a cooler. The fruit is on the smaller side. There are apricots at Murray as well as early plums. I would suggest waiting a bit longer on plums until Scott Farm begins.
