Please keep in mind peaches are pretty much done. I am not banking on Tenerelli having wholesale supply for us this week again. Please plan accordingly with menu changes.
We have plenty of plums still on hand and some nectarines from the market too.
Briar patch may have some fuyu this week BUT they said they may not have much color till the following week.
Cuyama orchards now has apple vinegar they are producing in bottles this year.
Mixed Melons have about 2 weeks at best left before they are done or mixes are no longer possible.
Heirlooms we will keep around longer from Munak.
