ROMAINE ADVISORY

Based on new information, CDC is advising that consumers not eat and retailers not sell any romaine lettuce harvested from the Salinas, California growing region.

In accordance with the recommendation from the FDA and CDC released 11/22/19, on behalf of our mutual clients, it is required that your company immediately cease shipping/selling of any Romaine harvested in Salinas, California.

Any Product which is from growing regions outside of Salinas is not considered to be associated with this advisory. Product coming from regions in Arizona (ie: Yuma) and Huron California are considered to be safe to consume as of this time.
